Primary Skateboards offers tracked shipping within Canada and the USA through major carriers. If you live in the Nanaimo area, select In-Store Pick Up and we’ll hold your order for you. We offer free shipping on orders over $200 within Canada.

U.S. Orders (Duties & Import Fees)

Shipments to the USA may be subject to duties, customs charges, and tariff fees. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. We recommend checking any expected import fees before placing an order.

We’ll always do our best to keep costs low, but these fees are outside our control. By placing an order, the customer accepts responsibility for any duties, taxes, or import charges required for delivery.

Exchanges & Returns

For all exchanges or returns within Canada, please contact info@primaryskateboards.ca within 3 days of receiving your order.

All shipping costs or duties on exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns on full-priced items will be issued as store credit that can be used in-store or online.
All sale items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Canada.
